Volunteering is a great way that an individual or corporation can support the Chicago Public Schools Student STEM Exhibition. Consider volunteering to help with one or more of our activities or committees. The committee list may be found here.

All prospective volunteers must fill out the CPSSSF, Inc. Volunteer Interest Form below.

CPS Volunteer Approval Form

CPS policy now mandates that ALL prospective volunteers be approved at Level II on a yearly basis. To become an approved volunteer, please complete and submit the CPS approval check by following these steps:

1. Go to the CPS Volunteer Approval Form here
2. Complete all questions
3. For "School/Organization" type in "Academic Competitions" and, when the drop-down shows "Academic Competitions", press "Select"
4. For "Volunteer Type" select "Level II"
5. When asked "Are you volunteering to coach?" answer "NO"
6. When asked "Type of volunteer?" select "Corporate/Professional Volunteer"
7. When asked "I am interested in volunteering in?" select "Competition Judge"
8. When asked "Are you volunteering for a specific day/overnight trip or school club?" select "NO"
9. Since approval may take up to 14 days, please complete and submit this application by February 15, 2024.  You will be notified when you are approved.
