Through its individual and corporate financial donors and CPS and community volunteers, CPS Student Science Fair, Inc. provides for the following:

- STEM Project Resources for Students
- STEM Fair Resources for Teachers, Administrators, and Schools
- STEM Fair and Project Information for Parents and Guardians
- Research grants to support student STEM projects
- Chicago Public Schools Regional STEM Exhibitions
- Chicago Public Schools Citywide Exhibition of Student STEM Research
- Special Awards at the CPS Citywide Exhibition of Student STEM Research
- For a listing of recent Special Awards and Awardees
- Participation for 50 students (transportation, lodging, supervision) at the annual Illinois Junior Academy of Sciences Project, Symposium and Essay Competitions
- Participation for four students (transportation, lodging, supervision) at the annual Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF)
- College scholarships for CPS STEM Fair participants who are pursuing post-secondary STEM education.
- Judging for student STEM projects at the CPS Regional and Citywide STEM Exhibitions
